Broken luggage

<p>I took my first Flysafair flight in October and was pleasantly suprized with this airline. Unfortunately this December my luggage handle was broken off on my way to Jeffreys Bay for the December holidays. Eventhough I understand that handles can break easily, mine was zipped in and the bag must have been handled very rough for it to be broken off completely. I had to go to the police station for affidavids, run around for printers and access to computers whilst on holiday. I submitted photos of the excessive damage. Today I receive a e-mails zippes and handles aren't covered. The zip is not damaged. The handle that was zipped in broken in two. I understood from the policy that protruding handles aren't covered but surely one that is zipped in for extra protection shouldn't break if the luggage is handled properly. Very upset!</p>
