Broke luggage bag

Last week flying from Durban airport to OR tambo, Flysafair broke my luggage in transit. When I pick it up from the conveyer belt the whole bag shattered. I laid a formal complaint with claim and they still haven’t gotten back to me weeks later! Pathetic airline with no safety for your luggage even though we pay extra.
