Both sides of the coin

<p>Extremely great customer service that I have been consistently getting from the airline.from Happy check insurance with the ground crew to 5 star service inside.I fly with them frequently due to the convenience of the Cpt-EL route ..I had a nightmare customer service on the Joburg-Cpt as I wasn't informed that online check on closes 4 HOURS BEFORE!!!!was **** to by the ground lady who said 2 hours!!!ended up not checked in on that flight and had to incurR400 in penalties. The lady managing at OR was also not helping. But the crew is exceptional mentioning Kasey and Tatum who are always going the extra 100 miles...I remain a loyal customer even zfter5the ups and downs of the tide</p>
