Booking confirmation incompetence
Tried to book for a trip to Durban and back. Went through the process and then with the payment the fee has went through my bank account account twice but booking cancelled by FlySafair albeit that the insurance has come through! The call centre is jammed up and the automated recall can't recognise the number input on their system. I am waiting?
