Booking cannot be completed

I went onto your website at 7:45 this morning to book one of your birthday specials. I secured the flights from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg and back but when I pushed the continue button nothing further happened. This page has now been trying to load for 10 hours. I have sent two emails and tried phoning twice but have had no response to the calls and the email replies say that you will get back to me. WHEN EXACTLY! If you are going to run a special then surely you can put the structures in place to handle the volumes!!!
