Booking cancelled without Notice and Explanation

Yesterday I managed to book the R10 tickets but then I couldn’t make payment because the site kicked me out. I had the booking confirmation with outstanding payment. I tried to call them yesterday and today to finalise payment but their phones are not answered. When I check on WhatsApp and on the App this morning the booking is cancelled. Why?? Isn’t it that bookings are valid for 24hrs then they are cancelled??
