Booking a car (1First) at the same time as a flight to get 25% discount doesn't work!

<p>I booked return flights online via FlySafair. During the booking process it allows you to book a rental car as well at a 25% discount. I went through all the steps, selected car, etc, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, it seems the booking process doesn't work - there was no confirmation of the car booking. The flight booking management system doesn't show any indication of a car being booked. When I tried to check the car booking, the system just hangs. Going to the 1First site, I can book the car, but it doesn't give me the 25% discount!</p> <p> </p> <p>So the 25% discount is actually an empty promise, since the booking system doesn't work! I tried to log a call, but the online helpdesk system ALSO doesn't work (on both sites - FlySafair AND 1First)!!! Not a good experience!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>(I have a screen dump of the final screen of my flight booking, where it shows the car information - the make, period and cost).</p> <p> </p>
