Booked for my partner and I online and my name appears twice. Name change for R300 is unreasonable.

<p>I booked a ticket for my partner and I online for FlySafair from JHB to CPT. The website allowed me to book for 2 passengers and I ensured that 2 passengers were booked. Now I check my flight ticket one week before departure and my own name is twice on the ticket Malcolm 1 Riley and Malcolm 2 Riley. I called the contact center and it was indicated that I needed to make a name change for R300 extra. But why on earth would I book myself onto the same flight twice. Surely this is against the consumer protection act as I was under the impression that I had paid for two passengers, the name of each passenger should be irrelevant. </p>
