Recently travelled to Maputo with FlySafair. Everything went as planned. Although on the return flight, there was a delay in departure after boarding call (before getting on the plane). Asked Maputo check in ground staff why there was a delay and they didn’t know why nor did they seem to care. Ground staff at international airports need more training to execute quality FlySafair service we’re used to in RSA. Landed only a few minutes after schedule so that wasn’t too bad. #BlackFriday
