black (Pink) Friday IT CHAOS

Safair are so busy trying to flog flights for January on black (pink) Friday that the rest of their backend IT has fallen to pieces. All i wanted to do is check-in online but the website just presents the sale page which you cannot close or move from, the app does not pick up my flight ref or booking and the whatsapp line picks up my booking but doesn't allow you to go further to check in. .. haha don't expect anyone to answer the customer service help line either
