Bicycle damaged. Zero response from SAFAIR.

I boxed a bicycle for a flight from JHB to Cape Town. Flight FA216 on 16 August 2021 at 11h40 . the box had stickers and labels all over , v clearly visible to pack the box upright and not to crush. (bicycles are designed absorb a lot of weight and stress if packed vertically but are very easily damaged if packed flat at the bottom of a pallet or container with a ton of weight and baggage loaded on top) I was at pains to also explain this to the check in lady and the Safair baggage handler. When i waited for the box at the carousel in Cape Town, the box came out on a trolley horizontally (all stickers ignored) and was v roughly handled by the baggage handlers. (This is why it is far better to simply bubble wrap a bike , turn the bars sideways and wheel it into the plane - to make sure it gets packed vertically - Lyft transports bikes this way - much better). So when i assembled the bike i noticed that the rear aluminum chain stay had a ding/dent in it and was bent out of alignment - consistent with being packed flat and possible a large amount of angular heavy luggage being packed on top of the box (or the side of the box being dinged against a sharp angular edge). My very explicit packing instructions were ignored by the baggage handlers. (it is much easier for baggage handlers to pack a large box flat at the bottom of a pallet and then load smaller items of luggage on top but this will destroy a bike). As a consequence of the bent rear chain stay the rear wheel now runs skew to the frame and the wheel alignment is skew and the wheel rubs against the frame. (like have hard brakes on all the time) My holiday plans for riding a tandem bike in beautiful Cape Town for a week to celebrate my girlfriends birthday destroyed. I must also add that I have shipped several tandems and other bikes all the way from the USA and i have never had an incident. I also know how to expertly pack a bike in a box and label it expertly and properly (including reinforcing packing spacers for the forks and rear struts). I will send u photos of the box labels , packing spacers and the damage to the bike if needs be. The bike is a Cannondale racing tandem (light and expensive). We have won several races on this bike. We rode 110km on the bike on the Sunday in JHB before the Monday flight and the bike was operating 100%. It is not possible to fix the bent spar/ straighten the alignment without compromising the strength and integrity of the frame- and it is impossible to get the exact wheel alignment (or prevent the wheel from being mis -aligned and from rubbing against the frame). (if an aircraft wing spar is accidentally bent you do not straighten it - you install a brand new one - the integrity, strength and alignment is compromised - same for bicycles)

I have had zero response from SAFAIR on this issue for over 2 weeks.
