BEWARE THE R199 FLIGHTS

I fly from Cape Town to Johannesburg every Monday morning at 6. On 6/9/15 I noticed that FlySafair advertised their 5.45 am flight for the absolutely unbelievable price of R199. I booked the flight only to find to my surprise that the moment I paid, the flight was changed to the early morning flight on Friday 13/11/15. This of course is not what I booked and thinking it was me who made the mistake as the flight was so clearly advertised for R199 on monday morning, then changed it to Monday 16/11/15. To my surprise, the R199 flight suddenly became a R899 flight and I was required to pay another R700. This is not what I wanted- if I wanted to pay more than R199 for a flight from CT to JHB I would have booked with Kulula or Mango like I normally do, whose flights are NOT R899.I then tried to cancel the booking online which could not be done. On 21/9/15 I called FlySafair and spoke with Alissa- who advised that the booking could not be cancelled- I could not be refunded the R199 I paid for absolutely NOTHING and that it could only be changed back to the Friday Morning Flight. So- I'm out of pocket R199 and have a flight I cannot give away for free to show for it. NOT HAPPY.
