Beware Safari rescheduling!!

Beware flysafair when there is a problem. They rescheduled and cancelled my flights yesterday - after the call centre closed!!I hang on for 2 sessions of over an hour this morning and was cut off both times. I asked for a call back twice and am still waiting for this to happen. They said go to “manage my booking” and rebook and their website has not worked since last night for numerous tries. I ended up having to drive from simonstown to the airport to do what could easily have been done with an operative website and some communication. None of my emails has been answered except to receive computer generated replies which had nothing to do with my queries. They have utterlay failed to make a problem a marketing opportunity by ignoring rule no 1 - communications!!
