Beware of Safair's hidden costs

Beware of hidden costs ... Safair not as cheap as it looks !!!

When you book a flight, the online booking system keeps adding dubious extras like bag insurance, sms notification and preferred seat allocation.

Checked Luggage states "Your fare includes a checked bag already. You can add extra bags by clicking here. A checked bag has been added to your journey by default."

When I arrived at the airport they said I don't have checked luggage and had to pay R250 extra.

This is the **** of the century !!! Exploiting unsuspecting customers.
