BEWARE OF FLYSAFAIR

We had flights booked and paid for on 31 October 2025. We checked in everything and when we had to board the plane they cancelled the flight, using weather as an excuse but the people waiting for us at Hoedspruit said all was clear and actually thinking we are joking. But that is not my reason for complaint. Obviously our flight to Hoedspruit was cancelled by them and so we cancelled the flight back since you can not use the return ticket if you are not at the destination. They said 7 to 21 days for the money to be credited back to us. This is now 1 December 2025 and NOTHING. I mailed, I phoned and while I am phoning once again .....
