This email is intended to compliment your staff and to convey my gratitude for outstanding service. My wife flew to PE on Saturday morning in order to fetch our grandson as my daughter is on a ocean cruise for this week. Just before boarding your aircraft for the return flight on Saturday afternoon via the air stairs, and in the process of folding the baby's push chair, my wife injured her right knee to the extent that she could not put any weight on her leg. She made her way up the stairs and to her seat with great difficulty and in considerable pain. When your staff realised that she had sustained an injury they made every effort to ensure that she had as comfortable a flight as possible under the circumstances. Upon arrival at OR Tambo they took great care in assisting my wife to disembark and two of your staff delivered her to me in a wheelchair, as well as the baby in his push chair. While I fetched the car they stayed with my wife, and then ensured that she was comfortable in the vehicle before saying good bye. I recently moved my business away from your orange competitor because of SHOCKING service, and your treatment of my wife under difficult circumstances, was outstanding
