Best check-in service

We were welcomed by Tumelo at the priority check-in counter at OR Thambo to check out bags in on the way to Cape Town. He was energetic, spoke clearly and took us through the process with swift professionalism. He had a great spirit and energy and you could feel that he enjoys his job and goes out of the way for the customers. I feel that he needs recognition as he embodies the best qualities, to the highest degree possible. I will definitely use FlySafair again and will recommend it to others due to this great interaction. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if there was the option.
