Begging back fpr my money from Flysafair

I have been promised payment from Flysafair fpr my ticket that was cancelled in April this year due to covid 19.I am still waiting for the payment they promised of 844 zar.They have not being coperitive enough towards me im now waiting more than 12 weeks.This is so perthetic.i really needmy money back.They have failed to depisit my money after giving banking details.My identy number is 82p***.
