STAY AWAY FROM THESE *******.Absolutely ridiculous moneymaking scheme. You stand in a queue well before checkin closes only to be told that you missed your flight and you need to go to ticket sales to change, then the next flight will cost double. So I was traveling with my wife and 2 sons and a return from Durban to Joburg cost around 3600 by cooking me at the checkin counter the single one way flight to joburg due to cancelation and change over was going to cost almost 4000 what a ripoff, how can they charge you more than double the rate to change a flight due to their slow queue and checkin service. And if you think you can get the customer service or a manager of some sort to listen to you or get some sort of compensation you are just shrugged off. If you are happy to be ********** then by all means put yourself through this experience.
