Fly safair is on a money making scheme, It is embarking on a daylight *******. They close the boarding pass earlier on the system so when people arive at the counters to check their bags in then they are denied and thereafter you will be told to change your ticket to the next scheduled flight at almost 100% cost to you, the second option is they will suggest that you purchase a standby non refundable and unconfirmed ticket, this is so bad , poor service and heartless agents, I have suffered this bad treatment yesterday 16-April-2023. I had to go back, look for a car rental again, loook for acommodation again , my child missed school and I have missed my work, they are careless and useless, the only thing they care of is profiteering at all costs....
