Baggage tampered with - items ******!

Good morning, We're still waiting for FlySafair to contact regarding luggage that was tampered with this morning. FlySafair tells us to phone Chubb. Chubb tells us to phone FlySafair. Emails go unanswered. They broke open the zip to remove the cable tie and took his wallet, amongst possible other things. Surely they would take this seriously and do their upmost to get back to us??!!
