Baggage Handler Stole Goods In the Bag

My first time using this airline and will definitely be my last. A luggage was forced opened and cologne and gift bag from Polo was ****** (value R1000 ). REF :DTUAKZ Can you even believe how ridiculous this is. I wonder if a serious effort is made by Safairs negligence. Im really ****ed
