I'm absolutely livid! FlySafair forced me to sky-check my carry-on luggage, which was in pristine condition. But when I collected it after landing, I was horrified to find it had been utterly trashed - a gaping hole and a broken wheel with plastic backing **********. It's clear my bag was handled with reckless abandon, possibly" even dropped from the plane! The sheer incompetence is staggering. And to add insult to injury, when I tried to report the damage, I was senf around between offices, with no one willing to take responsibility. I even completed a case form and was told that I will receive a case number but never received one. FlySafair's blatant disregard for passengers' belongings is appalling, and now my bag is ruined thanks to their negligence!"
