Bag damaged and items ******

My bag was intentionally damaged and items ******! This is not the first time it happened but this time I had to make a formal complaint. I’ve never had a good light experience with the airline, I tried giving them another chance but never again! I’m deeply disappointed and please make sure you pay for my damaged bag and ****** perfumes
