BADBAD SERVICE - FO NOT FLY SAFAIR!!!!!

I made a booking online an make a mistake with the date of departure. While I was busy on the website, I phoned for assistance because I made a mistake with the departure date. I am not fami**** with the website. I tried to change the date and accidently cancel instead of change the date. FlySafair took R600 penalty fee!! No way I can get my money back after numerous mails. This is *****ing from a passenger!!! I am busy on the website and talking to and assistant tried to make a new booking - still - "you have to pay R600 penalty for making a mistake!!!!
