Bad Service with distinction.

I boarded to DBN paid for luggage when I return from DBN I am told my original boarding was wrongly calculated therefore I need to pay more. While I presented original boarding slip they FlySafair staff refused to accept their mistakes. Bad services ever and humiliated me.
