Bad service on flight FA571

We flew Safair from Zanzibar to Or Tambo on the 18 June 23. The airline flight attendants are not professional and doesn't know what service delivery is about. There is one lady especially that is rude and arrogant. She worked with Liza on the back end of the plane. When I asked her what food options there are..she screamed at me saying it's BEEF. I requested vegetarian and she shouted at us that we must close the boxes before she can swop. She also banged the overhead compartment when a passenger asked her to help close it. It was a night shift..but she opted to work for the airline. We were not asking her a favor to be there. She doesn't deserve to be there as she has no people manners.

I have traveled all over the world and never experienced such awful service. If one person can do this and the other flight attendants doesn't correct her...then they all at fault.

Because of this arrogant woman I will think twice to book again with SAFAIR.
