Bad Service, No attempt to assist,

<p>I had planned to drive down to Durban and my who sister lives there had kindly bought me a ticket. Being a Skateboarder, i took my skateboard with, while checking in, i was told no skateboards allowed as carry on or checked in luggage, i then had to phone my lift to come back to collect it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely irritated as I was planning to skate in Durban, now it renders a weekend away, completely useless to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Safair</p>
