Bad service from SAFAIR

Booked and paid for return flight to Cape Town on 16/09/2025 and got all paperwork from them. On 23/09/2025 get informed return flight time changed - no reason given - the flight i was booked on still shows and is sold out. I check my booking with them and it only show my flight down to Cape Town. Wrote to them about this on 25/09/2025 and received mail back stating someone would call me in a couple of days. On 02/10/2025 sent a follow up mail and to date (08/10/2025) still no response or call back regarding this matter. This is absolutely disgusting service and I did not even want to give them the one star shown above.
