bad service from flysafair

<p>what a bad experiance with the staff at flysafair from call center to supervisor at the airpot.i was in port elizabeth and i lost my luggage with all my id documents and i was promissed a refund but when i followed up aperwntly i can not get my refund. i a m glad because now i will always use professional company sauth african air ways..</p>
