bad service for travel

I made an online booking with travel start for a flight from Jo'burg to Durban. I wanted a flight ticket for 16-Dec-18 when the booking was made the ticket came back with 17-Feb-18. I contacted travel start they are not answering their calls and are not even responding to my emails. Fly safari is even worse. I asked to change my tickets I new they will charge a penalty for changing the flight instead they charged me an extra 1200 on the flight. they had sent me an invoice the figures on the invoice are different from what the lady I spoke to on the fone gave me. I would never recommend the use of the services I got from both travel start and Fly Safair. they are both ******. I am both disappointed and disgusted at the service I got and hope other people will learn from my experience and never use either TRAVEL START nor FLYSAFAIR.
