BAD SERVICE !!!!

I was flying from Cape Town to Durban and I was slightly late, but definitely arrived 42 mins before take off. Check in would not allow me to check in my bag. I had to change my flight and a huge ridiculous cost. The lady at the ticket office just sat there with a mouth full of teeth. There was a queue of people behind me with the same dilema. I will not be flying with them again. They used to be great - NO MORE!!!
