BAD SERVICE EVER

<p>I was very dissapointed with service i received, i missed my flight on the 28November2016 when i tried to ask for onother options and i ended up trying to get a bus and my ticket was still with her... i noticed that she was catching up i went to her and asked whats going on she told me that she already cashed up and that my ticket was not valid anymore she might as well throw it away... i did not understand cz she told me i have 4hpurs but she failed to tell me that she is catching up if i did not stood up she was just gonna leave me like that... im very disapointed cz i had to in Pretoria for my childs awards at school... i endend ip driving and i had to spend money that i did'nt even have. k had to borrow from ppl on last moments... its very bad... k thank Tiffany Bethanie cz she tried to help me .... im very dissapointed i did not even make time for my childs event i was late</p>
