Bad Service

For the 1st time I bought a retirn ticket ( return) from Flysafair for the 08th of July. After the President's speech I then cancelled my trip and was issued with vouchers and I app**** for a refund on the 06th of July. I received a confirmation that my request will be processed and till today I have not received any feedback. I tried calling their call centre several times with no luck as I kept on staying on the line for almost an hour everytime I call.

I'm not even sure if I will get my money back as this company has now gone quiete.
