Bad service

My friend was had a flight at 05:55. She arrived at 04:20 just to be told she missed her flight. How is that possible?? She had to pay another R1200 for a new ticket for 07:30. Lady at the desk was RUDE and not helpful at all. This is very disappointing. My friend and myself will NEVER fly flySafair again
