Bad service

This airport company is very pathetic, due to unforeseen circumstances my daughter cant fly of the date book, thus we are giving the ticket to the other daughter who would have taken the bus.

they dont allow refunds they dont allow name change no date change so what do i have to do with this should we let you keep the money because its christmas, or what?
