BAD service

My name is Lebo l was so helpless yesterday. I took Fly Safair from Johannesburg to Cape Town FA204 when we landed to Cape Town l went to take my luggage it was swamped with some old blue leather bag. Through frustration l run around around and go to the lost found but wow the blue bag has a tag with seat number people from airport are strict and not competent and rude my child. Has no clothes as l speak. ***
