Bad service at King Phalo

Good Day, My name is Victoria, never in my entire existence have I received such a horrible service from Flysafair King Phalo airport, I booked a returned ticked for me and my partner from Cape Town to East London, so today was flying back to Cape Town, the service I received was disgusting no service at all, was told upon my arrival they can't assist with a bag they closed 1 minute ago, I than Saud where at least can I keep my bag whether it's police office or management, was sent from pillar to post and aftercare while manager advised can't come out till departure of flight and our fear was missing the flight, everyone was chilled no assistance no service no empathy just dolls cold as ice
