Bad service at checking counter and ticket error

What a horrible experience I had with your team at Port Elizabeth international airport. I always fly with a small travel suitcase which ways 8,5kg with my laptop in it my laptop ways 1,5kg so if removed during the flight it is way belowe the specific limit. I was refused to pay for luggage and also my priority boarding is not showing on my ticket so was forced to the back of the que. This is the second ticket I have had issues with with not showing priority boarding, you should be disgraced with your service and how you treat your customers. This is one of 4 flights I have had issues with. Unfortunately we are forced to use you due to limited flights. Pickup your act FlySafair really disappointing
