Bad Service and Rude FlySafair Manager

When trying to change my flight to a different date, the FlySafair system came up with an error not allowing me to change my flight details. Upon receiving the error, I tried to call the call center and wrote to the help desk to help. Without any help i sent an email with screenshots to FlySafair help desk. <br> <br> One of the call center managers, decided not to change my flight or give me a refund due to their system malfunction. Upon sending multiple emails to try and get the issue resolved, this manager went of further to IGNORE my emails jeopardizing my travel plans. <br> <br> I am still awaiting a reply, from the helpdesk and this manager with a resolution on a change of flight details or a refund for the service not delivered. <br> <br> Regards, <br> <br> Extremely disappointed Customer that will not be flying with flysafair any longer
