Bad service and money making scheme

The staff delays you as a money making tactic so that you change your flight which costs a lot of money. After that I paid and money went off my account but they claimed it declined and will reverse soon. I am standing here for 2 hours on the counter being told that they are working on it and nothing is being done about it and I am carrying a baby. Now I am told to go to down.
