Bad service

On the 21st of March 2021 I flew from JHB to CPT using Flysafair my bag gotten broken and I sent them an email complaining about the damaged bag. Their insurance chubb insisted on paying R300 for my bag despite telling them that I don't want the money, I would rather have replace my bag.
