Bad service

I had so much trouble with FlySafair! Yesterday my sister was suppose to fly back to PE from JHB with this airline.. We made the booking, paid everything and she was on time. As she wanted to print out her ticket, the machine could not find the booking reference. Due to this she missed her flight. My husband who drove her to the airport went to ask for assistance and no one could help them regarding the ticket issue. So they said there's a flight available this morning at 06:00. My husband and sister then had to go back this morning only to find out that he needs to pay an additional fee of R900 to "rebook" this flight. No one told us about this hidden cost! We lost the previous amount we paid due to their negligence and now they refuse to refund us.

We already paid once, why again? She missed her flight once again, so we had to pay the R900 for the ticket.

She's flying back tonight..

I would NEVER EVER reccomend FlySafair to anyone.

I'm disgusted by the poor service and negligence!!
