Bad service

I am experiencing one of the worst customer serves with flysafair. I canceled a booking and with this you do not have a choice to get a cash refund you get a voucher. And the cancelation charges are ridiculous. I tried paying for another flight and I am struggling to add the voucher as I am struggling to see where this option is available. I used the whatsapp line to chat at 10am received a reply and seconds after that I was send chat ended. I send a msg for a call back after 11am it's 3pm now no call. I called in, hang on for 15min yet it was stated call wait 1min. I am lost for words and very disappointed. It's like there is no one working at the call center. And it's lie when they say you can contact them on the wantsapp line it doesn't work, it's useless.
