Bad Service

I booked a return FLYSAFAIR flight from JHB to ESL. It was utterly disappointing to see lack of enforcement on their luggage policy. The Airline hardly observe the policy which lead to unpleasantness amount fellow passengers where some of passengers bring more than the allowed amount and end up taking space reserved for other people as a first come first served policy seems to be preferred by the airline. While you are struggling to resolve the issue created by their incompetence their crew members just watch as if that's not their problem. My bags ended up being taken to luggage compartment where my suitcase was badly damage.
