Bad service

on the 6th of September I traveled to Durban via flysafair . My language weighed more than the acceptable weight I was then charged with an amount of R250. I was given a receipt with someone else's name. I then wrote an email to *** requesting a correct invoice. I was told that:Please be advised that the confirmation you provided appears to be under a different name. Regrettably, I am unable to disclose the passenger's information due to the regulations outlined in the POPI Act. I would advise you to review your records to ensure that all information pertaining to the booking is accurate.

Please assist me to get the invoice
