Bad Service

I had booked online for a return ticket. I had no confirmation sent to my email. The money was taken from my bank account and still no confirmation. I had to rush to the airport to be greeted by a very unfriendly staff member. They did not inform me on return times or give me any confirmation. Now once i get to the airport they say flight is missed and i must pay extra. This is absolutely ridiculous for their bad service and no confirmations. I will never fly with this airline again. Its pathetic and so are the staff members they are all unhelpful and unfriendly. Regret booking with flysafair i guess cheap prices equals cheap services.
