Bad service

I arrived at King Phalo Airport this morning at 08h15 this morning for a flight for 08h50 and got told the gates wwere closed I then paid R300 for standby for the 15h25 flight. I literally waited the entire day at the airport to get told at 14H45 THE GATE IS CLOSED THE WHOLE DAMN DAY TO TELL ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND HAF TO PAY ANOTHER 454 to secure a seat the staff DID NOT EXPLAIN WELL AND PATHETICALLY RUDE DISGUSTING
