BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 5th of Dec 2016 i booked a return ticket with SAfair Durban to Cape Town then Cape Town to Durban it was for the weekend of the 16th December 2016 i was to return back to Durban on the 18th of December 2016. on Sunday i went for Check in at Cape Town International Airpot my flight was to depart at 6:45 AM&nbsp;i was there at the counter at 6:05 AM and the lady at the counter told me that we can't go in because the gate was closed but the board was still written boarding and we had to look for other flights of which were fully booked and finally at 6:41 AM we got a flight with SAA.</p> <p>i was really hurt by this i will be very happy if they can return my money back.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
