Bad serive Cheacking in

After waiting in line for 20 min got to the counter and was told we had to cheack in 40 min before hand ....now i am no expert but when your flight is at 6 30 am and your at the counter at 5.45 we are still in time .... we got told we are late and it is closed already , I then asked to talk to the manager then i got told in a very agresive manner that he is not in and i said i want to speak to someone now ..... the lady then pointed me to the man on her left . And i just want to thank this guy he helped me with out any questions he re opend it and booked us in so to him i say thank you but the lady that help me first was so rude and would not even want to help us and this is not the first time this has happen and beacuse of this we will never fly with them again
